Version 1.0 (DRAFT) · Last revised: July 3, 2026
Ollie is an educational tutor for children in grades K–6. It is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. By enabling the App for a child, you confirm you are the parent/guardian (or have authority) and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy on the child's behalf.
Ollie uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate educational responses. Ollie is not a real person and is not a teacher, tutor, doctor, or counselor. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Ollie is a supplemental learning aid; it does not replace human instruction or supervision. Do not rely on Ollie for advice of any kind.
We apply content-safety filtering to reduce the chance of inappropriate material, but no filter is perfect. If your child encounters something concerning, please stop use and contact us. You are responsible for supervising use.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Ollie offers a free tier and an optional paid Premium subscription. The free tier includes Exercises, Spell, and a daily limit on the Learn AI tutor; Premium unlocks unlimited Learn and live voice. Premium is $9.99/month or $79.99/year (prices confirmed before you subscribe; may change with notice).
Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not handle or store card details. A Premium subscription is recurring and auto-renews each billing period until you cancel. You authorize the recurring charge when you subscribe.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal (linked from the parent dashboard on the web). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then. [TBD — refund policy; counsel to finalize per applicable auto-renewal laws, e.g. California's Automatic Renewal Law.]
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply only to the extent permitted. [TBD — counsel to finalize warranty/liability/indemnity and consumer-law carve-outs.]
[TBD — governing law and venue, to be set with counsel.]
